Viz Product Manager


The VIZ Product Manager role is a marketing role with the primary purpose of developing and executing marketing strategy to ensure the objectives of the VIZ Business Unit are met (disposable endoscopy Broncho-Rhino-Cysto).


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the VIZ product portfolios to help achieve the objectives of the business unit and the company
  • Identify, analyse and trend macro and micro environmental factors that affect the business unit and the company and make recommendations
  • Establish and coordinate a successful KOL network
  • Liaise and consult closely with relevant HQ teams in order to identify clinical advantages, clinical challenges and potential growth areas for the Italian market
  • Working on a territory level and on a national level, assist Field Sales Force in providing value, driving education, training and presentations to customers on current products within the portfolio
  • Manage the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations on effectiveness in order to maximize revenue and market opportunities
  • Create, plan and execute the promotional calendar and activities
  • Represent Italy at international events/meetings

 

Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Desirable to have marketing experience within medical devices/tech
  • Intimate knowledge of the National Health System
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic marketing planning and execution across all functions
  • Ability to demonstrate effective and profitable marketing campaigns as well as experience in managing product portfolios helping to achieve company objectives.
  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate teams
  • Experience with optimisation of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
  • Will be personable, friendly and outgoing
  • A self-starter, able to work on their own and use their own initiative
  • Able to engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Good administration skills

 

Education & Qualifications

(Minimum qualifications for the position)

  • Ideally educated to Degree level in a relevant discipline or relevant work experience
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Computer Literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & CRM database
